This Privacy Policy governs your use of the software application Coqnit (“Application”) for mobile and web devices, developed and operated by Coqnit Pte Ltd(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1.Application Use & Acceptance of Terms

This Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service become effective upon your download, access, or use of the Application. Use of the Application is at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Application complies with all applicable laws and industry standards.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coqnit Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Application. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coqnit Pte Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the Application or violation of this Policy.

2.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily

When you register for, access, or use the Application, you may provide us with:

Note: Certain core functionalities may require specific data; disabling collection may limit Application features.

  • Provide and maintain the Application;
  • Comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations;
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

To request deletion of your User-Provided Data, contact contact@coqnit.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes, and some data may be required for core Application functionality.

7.Security Measures

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption, access controls, secure development practices, and employee training.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage users to safeguard their credentials and devices.

8.Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted within the Application and on our website, with the “Last Updated” date revised. Material changes will be communicated via email, in-app notification, or other prominent means. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription

  • Coqnit Founding Membership is offered at the Founding Member price of US$29 per month.
  • The Founding Member price is reserved for the first 100 members who join during the early-access period.

Early Access

Founding Members receive broad access to Coqnit during early access. Some features, usage limits, or functionality may evolve as Coqnit develops and scales.

Billing

Founding Members are not charged during the early-access registration period. Billing begins when the Coqnit application launches and the subscription becomes active.

Once billing begins, the subscription automatically renews monthly unless cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future recurring subscription charges.

Refunds

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or experience a billing issue, please contact us at contact@coqnit.com or via WhatsApp at +65 6208 2748.

We will review billing issues on a case-by-case basis and work with you to resolve any incorrect or unauthorized charge.
